Dispute resolution
The law of Belgium shall govern these Terms, without reference to its choice of law rules. You and we agree that the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to the interpretation or construction of these Terms. Brussels shall be the sole place of jurisdiction for any action, suit or proceeding arising out of or relating to the Platform, provided, however, that the foregoing shall not limit the rights to enforce an order or judgment issued by any Brussels Court in any other jurisdiction.
